Sheila Wiley
I have been a broker since 2002, in the Ozark Mountains of South Central Missouri. I had been in outside sales in Northern California for all of my adult life. When I moved to Missouri and got my broker's license I just turned all of my sales experience to the real estate industry.
At one point I had three offices across Southern Missouri, all full of agents, all selling real estate full time. Then 2008 happened, and I lost everything I owned. When it picked up again I was down to one office and just a few agents.
In 2018 I sent all of their licenses back to the state and went to work with Keller Williams as an independent agent. Real estate had changed and the only time that anyone had actually come into my physical office was the rare occasion when we decided to meet there. Everything was mobile and had been for several years. A physical office was just no longer a necessity.
In 2020 I moved EXP Realty. There I started a Workplace group called The New Agent Playbook, which grew to 28,000 member agents.
In 2022 I created the Real Estate Agents Network and in 2023 created the Action Plan Network to teach the lead generation strategies from the full Real Estate Agents Training Program.
May 2024 I discovered EPIQUE Realty, and now work with the agents that have partnered with me at EPIQUE Realty, continue to add to the knowledge base in the program and recruit for EPIQUE Realty. Every agent owes it to themselves to look at EPIQUE Realty, I honestly believe it is the future of real estate. With all of the benefits they provide agents and the technology they have in place, they are absolutely second to none.
